Danielle’s gift as a Yoga instructor is that by interpreting the energy in the studio at the start of class, she will lead us in a practice that feeds upon that energy. Sometimes this results in a power Vinyasa flow, sometimes it’s yin and other times it’s a more intense focus on holding poses. It’s not her agenda; it’s her gift at interpreting our energy patterns. It’s always just what my fellow classmates and I need. Personally, I love music to enhance my practice, and as a talented musician, Danielle also always selects the perfect musical accompaniment to enhance our collective energy.
